Scheduled launch time is 8:16 a.m. EST Wednesday morning. This will bring the crew complement up to six. It will also provide two crewmembers who are familiar with the Dragon hardware, and who will be able to monitor the upcoming SpaceX flight tests.

NASA TV will probably carry this live. If you don't have NTV, but you do have a good internet connectiion, NASA webcasts their TV channel, with about a 20-30 second delay. Last resort, SpaceFlightNow also usually carries the feed, but their servers are the most-often-prone to dropouts.
