High power Launches may start as late 1pm due to Dog Trials. If they finish early we can start sooner, last time we started at Noon. Mod Rockets and registration will start at 10:00 am. Set up starts at 9:00 am. Last year we started at 10:00 on Sunday as the dog trials were completed on Saturday.

We need Volunteers for all areas please respond to this thread if you are planning to attend and help out, remember to sign up on the volunteer sheet at the registration area, your name will go into the year end volunteer raffle for a chance to win a cool rocket kit.

We may want to set up an extra bank of model rocket pads as we may have some additional Boy Scout activity, also consider a separate RSO for mod rocs if we have the man power.

Also respond to this thread if you desire to use the away pad for impulse L and M, if nobody indicates this is required we will not set it up.

I'll have the trailer there before nine. I intend to fly one rocket Saturday if the weather is good, beyond that I'll work the launch the rest of the time. My rocket will be prepped ahead of time, so it won't take me long.

Great news, hopefully the weather will cooperate - I'm getting conflicting forecasts for the weekend.

Do to a scheduling issue Wildman will be on site Saturday the 9th. He will not be at Bong on Sunday the 10th

If you need something from Wildman and will not be at Bong on Saturday be sure to contact Wildman soon so that he can make arrangements to leave your items for pick up on Sunday.*

Nice videos as usual Chad. I had a nice time at Bong on Sunday, even though I didn't bring anything to fly. Going to have to try and make it a few more times this summer if work allows.
