Okay....I'm working on a project that clusters two RMS motors. Has anyone ever flown one without the delay charge? If so, how did you do it?

You could always get a plugged forwrd closure....you could then use the motor without the delay.
Why would you want to leave the delay out anyways?
I can see wanting to leave out a second ejection charge, but a delay ?
I see no advantage in doing this. If you mean that you only want one ejection charge, you can fill the BP well of the forward closure with grease and cover it with masking tape.

Found out that I need to install the delay but just don't install the ejection charge. I'm working on a two motor cluster with the second motor being air started so I didn't want the first motor's ejection charge going off before the rocket can reach apogee. Would have defeated the purpose for the air start. :)
