Estes 55 and 60 Boosters

I love the included stager, but it doesn't look like Estes is offering the matching 18mm retainer set.

Has anyone reverse engineered the threads so it could be used on scratch builds? Or found a household or hardware store item that's close enough. 1/2" NPT PVC is a little too small. I think the stager might be M22x2.0 - but I don't have a die handy to experiment with.

Cut the top off of a soda bottle. A tad large but works fine.

Thanks Mike. I have done that before. I found a water bottle that with a little sanding fits snug in BT50.

But in this case, I'm looking to use the kit stager on other rockets. And the bottle threads don't match. I tried them.
