Now don't get me wrong Uncle Mike:

Sandra Bullock has a great 'girl-next-door' thing going for her....

But was she ever on an episode of Star Trek???

;)

If thats the case, then I would have to say Grace Lee Whitney instead :)

Well, I have to vote for Angelique Pettyjohn aka Shana on Episode 46:
The Gamesters of Triskelion

I guess that I am still stuck in the 80's (too young for the 60's) Dig that big hairdo and the aluminum foil bathing suit!! :D

I learned that tonight while searching the web for her pic. The various Movie websights say that she succumbed to breast cancer in 1992. :(

So... should we discuss other candidates who were in science fiction or space-themed movies and TV shows? I mean, I'm sorry, but Teri Garr is 8 years older than I am, and I'd prefer someone closer to (or younger than) my own age.

Any other suggestions? Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow, for instance, were both in "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow," Winona Ryder was in "Alien Resurrection," Denise Richards was in "Starship Troopers," etc.

Denise Richards, sounds interesting. For some reason I get her confused with the fitness lady Denise Austin.

There's really no comparison.

This picture always makes me think of tractors and stuff, not to mention that it's the cover of the Rolling Stone, so it's pretty well on-topic.

Sorry I didn't get to talk to you more at NARCON. I meant to get over to your booth to talk to you more but was tied up with helping run stuff. I thought I'd see you in the pit with us in the hotel lobby Saturday night to help quaff some of that barley pop we had.

Our club bought a three-casing 38mm Sky Ripper hybrid system from Scott Miller at the end of the day on Sunday. As we build up our GSE system, we may be contacting you for a pad camera to help with watching for the venting.

If I were a teenage rocketeer over the last ten years or so, I would agree with you. She might be this age's Garr.

That would be "Yeoman" - a US Navy rating with administrative duties.
