I am building a modified Big Daddy kit and I am looking for some tubing...the specs are:
Body Tube (Original Estes Big Daddy)
Dimensions 3in. OD, 2.948in. ID, 0.0394in. Wall Thickness, 18in. Length.
I found some from a company across the pond, but its too expensive...
If you can help, I'd be very grateful!
Thanks!

I asked Jim for an updated price list to post there a long time ago. Still waiting. ;) He has tubes available that aren't on that list. So, if you don't see it, don't be afraid to ask. Jim's not the fastest shipper in the world, but you will get your tubes.

Yep. If you are in a hurry, you may need to break down and buy a second kit and use the body tube from it. Jim will most definitely get you the tubes, but it may be two weeks or two months based on experiences of many folks.

If you have a Hobby Lobby store within driving distance, you can get a Big Daddy today for 40% off....but the coupon expires when the store closes tonight. Click here and print off the 40% off coupon. (http://www.hobbylobby.com/site3/weekly/weekly.cfm)

duobob is correct about the BMS tubing. I got a tube last year at NARCON and used some of it to rebuild a NCR by The Dark Side Eliminator 3 inch diameter model. Flew the modified model last Sunday on a G64-7 RMS.
The tube is expensive, but I am sure it is a limited run. I feel it beats buying another kit and having left overs. Plus, can you only buy one tube from BMS or another vendor?
