Generic rocket decal sheets

I know somewhere, while browsing the net, I found a company that produced at least two different generic model rocket decal sheets. I can't for the life of me recall who it was. I know at least one of the sheets had roll patterns for standard body tube sizes. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

You might check out Sirius Rocketry. David produces four decal sheets and they may contain ones that are useful to you.
