With Leo's amazing help I recently acquired a copy of G. Harry Stine's "Handbuch Des Raketen Modellbaus". I needed Leo's help because Amazon.de wouldn't let me purchase the book from the U.S. Thanks again, Leo.
Surprisingly, in spite of the title, the "Handbuch" is NOT a translation of the "Handbook of Model Rocketry" . Instead, it is a translation of Stine's "The New Model Rocketry Manual" from 1975.
Here are the particulars (cover scan below):
