I also build model cars and there are several internet sellers who deal in vintage and OOP model kits. Is there any such website for vintage and OOP rockets?? Thanks again for all your help. :)

Yes, ebay.com

There are occasionally hobby shops that will list OOP rockets. Great Lakes Hobbies, who is on this forum, sells OOP but I think he uses ebay.

I have seen some private/hobby shops sell direct... sometimes its a deal, other times, they ask more than what the kit goes for on ebay.

I have found a lot of my Vintage rockets from Antique shops, Estate sells and garage sells. Ebay ok if you can get a good deal.

You can find recent (and sometimes, some older) Out Of Production kits at many rocketry vendors' websites. You have to be familiar with what is still in production and what is not, but that is true when you are shopping on eBay, too. Recently discontinued kits can sometimes turn into collectibles pretty quickly, especially if they have some unusual or hard-to-reproduce part or decal.

Here's a great site with images of many older rockets in the original catalogs:
