wanted battery door for estes command controler

i'm looking for the battery door for the estes/cox command controle the black one. I lost mine some where and want to replace it. I have talked to estes who said their planning on rerelesing the controller but I have not been contacted since.

Well, this is interesting that Estes is planning on restarting that product in production again. Good idea!

I will post your request on our club YahooGroup but I don't know how lucky we will be. We'll need to find someome who has broken or burned up the rest of the controller and still has the door.

Maybe someone has plastic molding capability and can make a mold of a new door and then produce a replacement? Like those folks who take an impression of a key and make a duplicate in the movies....
