I just asked my hobby industry insider and this is what I was told:
"Usually Estes announces new items in May at the NRHSA hobby show in Las Vegas. If they are going to release a 1/70 Saturn 1B during 2006, they would announce it at that time."

I had heard that they would be announcing that the entire 1971 Estes catalog lineup would be reissued in 2006.
What does your insider say about that? ;)

If they re-released the entire 1971 catalog, I would have to buy one of EVERYTHING, starting with the K-29 Saturn 1B as well as a BOATLOAD of B14-everythings !
Then I would move onto the Little Joe II, Astron Midget, Scrambler, Ranger, Sky Dart, Cobra, A5-x engines, A8-0's, tons of S-Series engines, 1/2A6-0's, and B4-6's
