Need some decal design help

I'm working on a design for a contest and I need some help with the decals. I'm not much of a designer so I need lots of help :)

Attached is the RockSim file and a sample logo. Any help would be appreciated. I'm interested in the following:

Logo on the sides of the sustainer
Flame-look decals on the booster fins.
