Here's another old school design from the pages of the 1971 Centuri Designers Manual, which was only one of two that made it into the second version in 1975.
I didn't bother to use an EB-13 ejection baffle, the paper reducer sleeve, or the 20" parachute (although you might want to substitute a 12" nylon chute for the plastic one I used in this RockSim file).
