I hate to be the bearer of potential bad news, but read this article by Jeffry Bell on this subject. I have to admit he's got some really plausible reasons to be skeptical about this spaceplane.

Even if this is pure QUACKERY/bogus, it was nonetheless an interesting read.
This is starting to have the aroma of a HOAX !
