... that I have started going back and working up "Krell Ray" templates for some of the older designs so that Carl doesn't have to do anything more than feed his machine. I hope to have quite a few of these done before the end of 2011. While I know the RockSim files can generate a cutting pattern for those who don't mind using a steel straight-edge and a fresh #11 blade, having a full-blown fin sheet pattern would certainly make it easier for others to build these designs.

Nice! So, if one wanted to get the fins cut, they d/l the file and send to Carl to get laser cut? Or will you be sending the bunch to him so he has it already when people order the fin set from him?
