This is really neat, thanks for posting the link. I printed out the entire document at work, all 254 pages. The office just got a huge new super fast printer that not only prints several pages per second, it also does hole punches for binders and staple and fold if needed. It had the entire thing printed in under 3 minutes.

I laid it on my desk when we got home and the next thing I knew it was gone. Verna had zapped it and was already on page 8.

Maybe I'll get to scan a few pages later tonight.
