For the second time, an Orbital Sciences Taurus failed to shed its aeroshroud after launch, thus sending a $424 Million environmental satellite crashing into the Pacific Ocean.
First was the OCO (Orbiting Carbon Observatory), back in 2009. This morning, it was the Glory mission.
