Hey fellers. Been a while since I was in here but I'm contemplating a mid power kit for my 1st mid power build. I was looking at the Mad Cow Lil Goblin but it has a 29mm motor mount. Is there a thread in here already about this rocket and the possibility of using a 24mm motor adapter in it? Or am I daydreaming that the 24mm F & G motors will work in an 11 ounce rocket? I'm really green about motors above an E so I could use a little help. Thanks.
The Estes Saturn V is an 11 ounce rocket and they recommend a D12-3. I think yours will be a lot less draggy, hence will fly much better.

I have one in the bag so can't say as to it's performance. That being said, it should even fly on a D12-3 if you keep it light. It might be low and a little hairy but it should work. I'd say it'll fly great on the 24mm F24 & F39 loads as well as some of the lesser 24mm reloads. Good luck.

There should be no problem with using a 24/29 adapter with that rocket. Remember you can always adapt down to a smaller diameter motor. As stated by previous posts, it should have a low and slow flight on a D12-3. Even one of Aerotech's 24mm E motors won't loft this one very high.
