A good day for flying, Batting leadoff, as always when I have LCO/RC Sandy with me, is the 4 Mosquito. Cleverly named as I've lost three before it. Great flight, from what we could see. We did know the direction, so we walked right up to it.

Next came the Mini-Honest John. The flight path of this one amazes me. With such small fins it flies straight as an arrow.

Third was the 16th flight of my Icarus clone. B6-4. Great flight. I remember flying the original with my brother in the early 80s, so I guess I'll always have one.

Fourth was the 1969 scheme Big Bertha. Perfect flight on a C6-5 stretching the borders of the NTMLF. Perfectly straight flight, but the wind was starting to pick up a bit.
Fifth, the Cherokee-D clone, for it's 14th flight. Adapted down to a C6-5. Had a perfect game going, but having realized that I popped a shroud line on this one. A great flight otherwise.

Sixth was one of my favorites, my Renegade clone. Perfect flight on a C11-5, and a perfect recovery.
Seventh, the 9th flight of my Black Brant III. Perfect flight on a B6-4, and a not-so-perfect recovery.

Last of the day was the 11th flight of my beat-to-heck Sky Raider clone, on a C11-5. Good flight, but a little singe on the chute prevented full deployment. Probably a good thing with the increasing winds.

Everything came back, which equals a good day.

Great looking Renegade. I built mine in 1979 and still fly it regularly. One of my favorites too.
