Here's a picture of my Synerjet 'model rocket' reload casings.
Top: 29mm for E-G reloads
Middle: 22mm long for E-G reloads
Bottom: 22mm short for D-F reloads
I have reload kits for all the casings still sealed. 
After I ordered all these casings and reload kits, I heard back from Synerjet that I had placed the largest ever order for these items up to that time.
