I will need to check the final schedule for 2018-19 when it comes out in a month or 2 but I can tell you that an ALL AUGUST NARAM will conflict with start of school year in FLA. It probably conflicts with other states' school schedules as well.

NAR needs to do an all July NARAM with a max of 5 days to stay relevant to 21st century vacation schedules (4 is preferred by some).
