You're welcome. I imagine they might also have been the ones who made the colored paper motor tubes for Estes (I recall pale green ones) in the early 1970s (for some reason--I forget why--the regular paper wasn't available for a time, and the colored paper worked for making motor tubes, too). Also, thank you for posting Hobby Horse's website address here (and I--of course--thoroughly approve of their name...).
