IIRC, it was only advertised and available to EAC members.
I was a member then and ordered one but never got around to building it for reasons that have escaped me. Parts disappeared over time and a couple of years later I combined the surviving pieces with those from my unbuilt Viper to make The Buzzard (scavenged parts, get it?) for my junior high rocket club. It won some contests.
I should put the Firecat on the build list.
