It's been on Lotus Approach, Microsoft Access, PalmPilot JFile, and currently lives in my iPhone as a HanDBase file. But I created that database in the first place because of EXACTLY what you posted --- I bought a model, got it home, opened the box it would belong in (I had a filing system, even back then) and there was already one of them in the box.
