Legally individuals are not allowed to ship BP engines under the ridiculous draconian DOT shipping regs THAT SHOULD NOT EVEN EXIST. should be up to the individual shipper and shipment company without ANY gubmint agency buttin' their stinkin' snoots in.

They got pulled off ebay. I'm sure some useless TURD shipment-cop RATTED them out.
