Rocket Lab's (see: www.rocketlabusa.com ) next attempt to launch Electron may occur tomorrow (Saturday) or Sunday, according to the latest postings on SpaceFlightNow.com's live coverage page here (see: http://spaceflightnow.com/2017/12/1...-status-center/ )--their latest information says:

Sunday, Dec. 17, in New Zealand is the last launch date available in Rocket Lab's current 10-day launch period. The company says the pre-approved period could be extended into next week to allow more launch opportunities.

The original 10-day period, which opened Dec. 8, was granted by regulatory authorities overseeing the flight.

Rocket Lab has delayed the Electron rocket's second test flight again until no earlier than Saturday (U.S. time).

The four-hour launch window does not change day to day, and it will open at 8:30 p.m. EST Saturday (0130 GMT Sunday).

Rocket Lab says the launch team encountered a power fault during preflight checkouts at the New Zealand launch base today, prompting officials to push back the launch. Engineers will not attempt a launch tomorrow, so the earliest launch opportunity is in two days' time.
