Jim,

I cut out that pattern and laid it on fins on both of my Tridents (both of which use the Semroc laser cut fins). The cutout fin is 1/32 - 3/64 of an inch all the way around larger. It also doesn't conform to the aft cones on the BT-5s (BNC-5W) very well toward the aft end.

Now whether the whole chain that started with that original set of instructions/patterns, through the scanner, to my computer and my printer preserved the dimensions exactly or not is an open question since there isn't a reference length in the scan.

It wouldn't hurt if someone out there still has the pattern sheet and could scan it with a ruler. That's really the only way you're going to get the precise size/shape down to the nearest gnat's whisker.....
