Does anyone have scans of the plans for the old Competition Model Rockets EFFY?

I've looked on JimZ's site, and Ye-Olde Rocket Plans, but the plans for the EFFY aren't there...

Bill Gee was kind enough to help me laser cut some 1/16th inch thick plywood fins (about 50 sets). My intent is to offer them to some folks in my club who haven't competed before to try to get them interested.

The idea was to give them a copy of the original EFFY instructions with an additional sheet with the changes / mods (Kevlar shock line, resin cast / foam filled nose cone, etc.)
