Default I discovered this while looking for PETG compatible cement...

I really like this stuff. I has a working time of several minutes, but after 20-30 minutes it will be rock hard, full strength after 24 hours. It doesn't seem to "melt" the plastic like model glue with styrene, but the bonds are very strong. Also, no noxious fumes.

I haven't tried it yet for gluing plastic to paper/balsa, but I imagine it would work very well. I'll have to buy a kit with plastic wraps just to try it out. That Apogee Saturn V would look great under the Christmas tree.
