When I scrolled through the original post and saw the first picture, I thought "Well, that's not so bad..." Then I saw the second picture...and the third...etc. As collections go, you have a very nice one.
In one of the snapshots, I spotted the "prototypical" Baby Bertha better known as the "Rascal". That was the last kit I started when I went off into the ozone for the past 18-20 years of non-rocketry related hobbies. That same half-completed Rascal has been on my workbench recently and now has a Kevlar/braided elastic shockcord. I fully expect to have the fins on this weekend and then it's off to the spraybooth.
I spotted some other oldies but goodies in your photos, too: A V-2, Der V-3, Screaming Mimi, Big Bertha, and my favorite Der Red Max in multiple versions and copies.
My suggestion is that quit your day job and go full-time into building these kits. You did say you wanted to build and fly them, right?
You should probably hire a couple of assistants to help you with all that building and PAINTING.
