I can vouch for 'Otis'.
I arranged to pick up motors from him at NARAM-58 last year.
He had the motors already boxed up.
I gave him the cash and he gave me the motors.
All the motors were 'as advertised' and I even flew a few at NARAM. All performed just fine.
