Are you talking about the FSI Mach 1 Dart or some other FSI rocket called the "Delta Dart" ?
I have never heard of a FSI rocket called the "Delta Dart"
The Mach 1 Dart was a very small finned 21mm rocket that had a D20-7 in the sustainer and a F100-0 booster that had fins directly glued on the booster engine. The F100-0 booster slipped over the 21mm end of the D20-7.
Most doubt that this combination could actually hit Mach 1.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !
