With stock parts, pretty difficult. The vanes are all laser cut cardstock like the centering rings and fins. The aft CR has holes cut in it to align the vanes.

If it was up to me, I'd use my own centering rings (either RA-5055s (cardstock) or CR-5055s (wound craft paper)) and then use strip balsa or spruce to replicate the vanes.

But then again... You could do like I did, and contact Randy, and see if you could talk him into creating a special motor mount for "afterburners" in the BT-50/55 range. My proposal would be a complete motor mount set that includes 2 standard CRs, motor tube, engine hook, the vanes, and a lasercut cardstock guide that would guarantee alignment. To add the vanes, you glue one in place, then using medium thick CA tack the additional vanes in place, remove the guide, and then wick thin CA to complete the joint.

BTW: The actual kit will be including a jig to help align the fins/pods which will simplify assembly.
