Success Cubed!
Despite the extreme wind I had a last C6-7 that was burning a hole in my pocket! I loaded up the CAMROC and flew it! Boy, did I have to walk a long way to recover to rocket. But, after processing the film I discovered it was all worth it. I got a coveted horizen shot. It shows a field of winter wheat (it's not water) and Shepard drive going into Howe, Texas. It is great! A Estes dent really bent up the CAMROC carrier but I think it will fly again. I need to stop pushing my luck on the recovery. I included the photo and a pre-flight shot of the CAMROC. Enjoy!
