I inquired with Zenith (fireworks) about rocket motors, here is the reply that I received.

We do have the capability to manufacture rocket motors. Up until about 3 years ago, we did, but, then, had to stop due to cost increases. We now import all our motors from China.

****!! Another manufacturing loss to slave chinese labor...........

It's probably the same Chinese Company wehre quest is getting their motors made.
