Default Do you know what this nose cone is?

Hey all,
I was wondering if any of you rocket history buffs know what this nose cone is from or might have any information at all. It feels like it is made of rubber and the little sheet of paper was rolled up inside the nose cone.

Thanks in advance. (and I won't be able to reply for a couple of days)
