AC Supply has them in stock for $14.99 (I see you are in Australia so I don't know if that is an option).

Exactly, I'm in Australia so there is no local supply, not for the MR anyway.
Also, anything Estes is 200% to 300% markup here, so the MR if it were available here, would likely sell for around $50 - $75, no joke.
Other online might be cheaper for the kit but they generally charge for shipping.
AC supply for example charge $11.99 so on top of the $14.99 is $2 more than Estes' price with free shipping within US(to freight forwarder) Plus, reward points to use during the next sale
But yes, there are pricier alternatives that do have stock.

The Redstones never seem to be in stock on the Estes site for more than a few days at a time.

I noticed the Odyssey has transitioned from the "Coming Soon" page to the "What's New" page. However, it's listed as Out of Stock.

On the other hand, the Crossbow SST is still on "Coming Soon" but you can order it.

The kits are only one digit off (7235 vs. 7234), so maybe someone made a boo-boo.

My Scion kits got delivered today. Oooo I'm going to have fun with these!! By far the biggest build I've done.
In Australia, to purchase any motor bigger than a C6 you need to be a member of a club, so I'll have to sort that out too. Now I just need the time, I've been working 12 hour days 7 days a week for a while now which has killed my builds a bit

The Scion was a pretty easy build.

If you use the standard paint scheme, you can glue the two body tube sections together after painting them separately.

Suggestion: Buy a yard (uh, meter) or two of 1/4" (7mm?) sewing elastic to increase the length of the shock cord. Anchor the shock cord in the coupler, using the two-slits method.

I am going to fly mine this weekend. I'll let everyone know how it flies on a E16-4 and a F15-4.

Cheers for the tip Stefan.
I'm actually not a huge fan of the Scion so not likely to build one per the plans.
I bought the kits as parts for kit bashing/upscales etc. Still working through some idea's for those.

I finished my Scion last night. I colored it like the graphics shown in the Estes online catalog. The large black section is painted. The blue bands, black bands, and the fin tips are Monokote Royal Blue and black adhesive films (LOVE the stuff!) The PNC tip is painted by hand (by "The Vixen") with MM French Blue enamel which is almost a chromatic match to the Monokote Royal Blue.
