Default NSL pics

Sorry it's taken me so long, but I've had a lot going on since I got home.
This is an upscaled Estes Teros owned by fellow Quarker Dave Combs. Apparently it was one of the last pics taken before it was damaged in flight. Somehow I missed that flight.

I tried to fly the Cosmik Debris again, but it was too windy and the rocket hung up on the rod. (So badly that all three pics in burst mode showed it still on the rod.) It arced back over the flight line and ejected just before it nosed into the ground. Tube damage is severe enough that I'm going to finish it, fly it once more, then retire it.

Not sure of the scale, but this was ONE BIG IRIS. Very cool.

I finished the Attack Craft Orion the night before NSL. The decals didn't turn out, so I'm going to have another go at it. This one caught the eye of a little boy whose mom had parked by me. I let him help me hook it up.

Another cool upscale was this Estes Blackhawk. I think it might have been the same guys who did the Iris.

Upscale Interceptor, I believe owned by George Pike. Seemed like this was on the pad every time I turned around.

This is the one that everyone was talking about. It's an upscale A.C.M.E. Spitfire that flew on a Sparky Sam (?) motor. The local FD came and sprayed down the area around the pad. I just happened to be passing on a recovery mission when they were posing for this pic, so I snuck one in.

I've got more, but I've got to get a shower before work. (It's Wednesday. )
