I don't care if he braids nose hair for the next two years. His starting salary will be 50% more than mine is right now now and he gets a signing bonus.

Congradualtions to your somn. There are a couple of L-M employees that are rocketeers and/or DARS members. DARS launches in Frisco, TX and HPR at Gunter. It is about 70 miles from west Fort Worth to Gunter. We had been trying to form a club here in Tarrant County, but without a suitable launch field it hasn't panned out.
Between the Naval Air Station across from L-M (I retired from the former Carswell AFB), Meacham Field, Alliance Airport, DFW Airport, Love Field, and numerous small airports, we are always under some flight paths.

Hope to meet him someday at a launch..
Chas

Have you looked south towards Granbury and Tolar yet? I used to launch in the Acton Elementary School area near Granbury, though I bet that area is way overdeveloped now. Houses were starting to sprout when I left.
