Default The Art of Scale Model Rocketry on the NAR site

My 1994 how-to book, The Art of Scale Model Rocketry, is now available for download from the NAR website: http://www.nar.org/nar-products/ . Just click on the title or the thumbnail of the cover. This is a free download for members and non-members alike. I can't remember if this grew out of a conversation here, or at "the other" rocketry forum, but I'll thank David Stribling for scanning the book for me.

Please download and enjoy.

Wow, Peter! I've tried and failed several times to pick this up via Ebay over the years. Thanks!

Now that all of you have a copy, I don't feel special anymore.

Don't despair. Your seat on the short bus is monogrammed.

Spit-Wads ?
Two buddies and I got thrown out of 6th or 7th grade catechism class for that.
We were looking to get thrown out to spend more time on a far more interesting activity- the ARCADE.

This and your ‘Scalebashing’ book have gotten a lot of use. I was going through my copy a couple of weeks ago looking for the Aerobee 150 Plans, only to realize ‘The Art...’ has the 150-A instead (the 150 plans are in a back issue of American Spacemodeler). But it was fun to go through it again; Somewhere in this mess I have a half finished Sparrow - HV Arcas and parts bagged up for the V-2. I’ve built, flown and lost 2 of those...
