Default Centuri Stellar Spartan

Folks,

I am looking for scans of the Centuri Stellar series Spartan kit instructions.

I have the Semroc kit and am looking for the original paint patterns listed for the Centuri kit.

So far, my searching has not yielded any results.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Bob,
Attached is an image of the Centuri Stellar Spartan kit package. Sorry, I couldn't find any plans either.

I found the Centuri Stellar Spartan kit package image at the following link:

Kind regards,

there are a few pictures of the Spartan in old Centuri catalogs available on line, see page 4 for example:

and the back cover of this one:

Thanks for all the pics and links folks.

Centuri usually offered two paint/finishing schemes for their sport models and I would like to find out if there was a different paint scheme developed for the kit other than the one that has been already noted.

I did mine like the catalog pics. Like you, I had nothing else to go by.

I finally got around to painting the Spartan.

Gloss white paint was applied today.

I might actually get this model finished soon.

Default Finished

I have completed my Semroc Stellar Spartan kit.

The actual Centuri finishing schemes were not very imaginative.

So, I did my own thing and used the fluorescent orange nose cone of the 'challenging' finishing scheme with gloss white for the body and fins (Flat white is called for in the instructions).

I think it looks pretty good.

That's a great looking build for sure! Looks like you used a plastic fin can.
