Talking model rocket dated to 1931!

Ever wondered who or when the words "model rocket" were first uttered? Well back in the day, with the "day" being circa 1957 model missiles, model rockets, amateur rockets were all more or less comingled... thereby blurring what a model rocket actually was.

I was doing some unrelated research when I stumbled upon this:
