Thank you.

For mine I used
3 34" long bms bt-50h foil lined tubes
1 Orbital Interceptor(cone, chute, two 2" tubes, motor mount and frilly bits
2 2" estes psII nose cones
2 bt-50 nose cone packs, I used similar cones on the same ends of the tubes.
Some basswood or 1/8" ply for fins, shaped line interceptor tail fins, sized as desired.
I only vented the ejection charge through one of the tubes, and used three 1/4" aluminum tube bushings to route the gasses through the tubes and lock the tubes together mechanically and seal the holes. That was it. It's about 22 oz rtf, flies nice to about 500' on F-35's or F-39's, 5 second delay or could use a 6 grain cti motor(I left off the motor hook and thrust ring. Cost was around $60 total.

And I really need to finish the upscaled OT.

Frank, thanks for the details. Great idea using the foil-lined tubes and aluminum bushings.

Here is a picture of my Super Trident parts. The three ducting tubes need to be lengthened, and I have tube and couplers to do that. I also am missing the three nose cones for the upper ends of tubes. Sitting next to it is a standard OT. I found a note in the box of parts showing the overall length should be around 74", so it will stand just a little over 6 feet tall. The motor tube is 38mm, but I'd likely fly it on a 29mm motor.
