One thing I did not mention when answering your PM is that I never play that "make me an offer" GAME with potential sellers. My offer will always be INSULTINGLY LOW.
When I sell I never do that and don't buy into that crapola when buying.
If someone truly wants to sell, THEY need to name the price. Negotiation can go from that starting point.

Only had two and the one I didn't sell is in process of building.
They actually are more rare than the original. You may have to find an original and pay the outrageous $200+ price if you really want one.

Or clone one, or something similar. Lots of parts out there. Tom Beach even published an excellent article on building a Gemini Titan in a recent issue of Sport Rocketry.

The only hard part is the die-cut parts for the motor tubes, two sets of which I recently sold on Ebay. The tubes and nose cone should be easy to obtain from a number of vendors. And I think John Pursley sells a vinyl wrap set that makes finishing a breeze.

Pursley's Gemini-Titan wraps comes with a suggested parts list and basic instructions for cloing your own BT-70 or BT-80 based scale model. Tom Beach used Pursley's wraps and Shapeways parts created by Kevin Cespedes.

In addition to basic parts, the wraps cost about $30, and the Shapeways parts about $61 for the BT-70 size. BT-80 size parts are about $76.

Here's my 2 cents: if you are making an Estes K-21 clone, then do it according to the original plans: Balsa nose cone, dowel trusses, paper shrouds, etc. If you are using 3D parts and vinyl wraps, you are an assembler, not a craftsman builder. Something a 10 year old could do. It may look good on your display shelf, but what have you actually learned, and what skills have you acquired or honed? I know a lot of people will disagree, especially the younger ones. But I get a great deal more satisfaction when I accomplish something that is challenging, rather than easy, no matter how good it looks. (Grumble, grumble, slipping dentures back in).
