Patriot looks great except for the red and blue decal placed upside-down above the "USA" decals.
The red vertical stripes decal should be closest to the USA and the blue shield decal should have the point facing upward.

I would much rather have independent thinking minds inside any club or clique I belong to than drones drinking the purple kool-aid all the self-serving/perpetuating nuisance gubmint agencies puke upon us.

I find intelligent independent thought however to be far from freaks and weirdos....there is a big difference.

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.

I almost got killed in the Mercury version of this car in 1981. The girl I rode to school with was pulling out of our street and the car stalled just as we pulled into the northbound lane. I was sitting behind her and looked to the left to see a big Caddy crest the hill doing a good ten over the 35 mph limit. He went into a full four wheel lock and just as I thought I was dead, Kath got the car started. The marks on US 27 were there until they repaved it years later.

That'd be the Comet, FWIW.

US27 is Nicholasville Road and Limestone Street in Lexington. My freshman dorm was on Limestone. But I cursed the traffic on that stretch of the road. I hope US27 is a more pleasant road up your way

That's what I was thinking, but I couldn't be sure. Kathy's had a monster non-functional hood scoop to go along with the semi-functional motor.

It's a four lane suicide mission in spots. It went right in front of my grade school and a test of manhood was to see how many push ups you could do on the yellow line before getting squashed. No one got squashed, luckily.

Speaking of US 27, a couple of years ago I had vacation to burn. I planned a trip from the Cincinnati side of the Ohio to the Tennessee border on US 27, just to see what was left to see of the grand old lady. Life intervened and I never made the trip. (I did a honeydew trip instead. ) Maybe someday if gas drops below $3......

Seems that far too many in the rocketry community always seem to FOOLISHLY equate rarity with value.
Dinosaur turds are now quite rare...does not mean they are worth anything.

A good example is the TK Astron Birdie which is extremely rare- think was made 1973 only. It is just a Shuttlecock, a piece of BT-5, and a Launch Lug. Have sold for over $200 for about 39 cents worth of materials. GET REAL !

Agree with the anti-stupidity comment as well. I am of the same camp, and will go so far as to say I am sick and tired of politicians thinking they have to protect the lowest-common-denominator knuckle-dragging mouth-breathing neanderthal brained idiots in society. THEY are a drag on the nation as a whole. Big bucks should be spent where it will do society the MOST, not least good. The whole definition of "Special" education as we know it in US society is backwards.

Actually dinosaur turds ARE worth something-- spoor is a VERY good indicator not only of the animals diet and feeding preferences and habits, even showing things such as its range and habitat (if one knows the location and spread of the plants it feeds upon) but also is a very good indicator of the diversity of the flora and fauna in the ecosystem and the health and vitality of the habitat the animal feeds in....

OTOH, not-so-rare-not-so-cool-not-so-valuable rocket kits that fools pay too much money for-- aren't worth as much...

I can't say I've ever seen one that I liked. They tended to be owned by muscle car wannabes around here. My favorite was the four door with the hood scoop and side pipes that I'd see around when I was driving my clodhopper Duster. It had a wheezy little inline six under the hood. All bark, that one was.
