Default Looking for boost glider plans from the 1960's

I am interested in a boost glider that existed somewhere in the late 60's (possibly earlier). I think I built it from a set of plans because it worked too well to be my design. More description and a rough drawing can be found http://rocketdungeon.blogspot.com/2...late-1960s.html .

TIA

Cool

Dick, take a look at Fig. 6 of the 1963 vol 3 Estes Model Rocket News which includes a diagram from TR-4, Rear Engined Boost Gliders, that shows something similar by Gordon Mandell. Or it could be the R&D Contest winner from the MRN 1965 Vol 3 which also shows a similar design with internal piston that allows the Canard frontal wing flaps to drop for glide.

HTH

Will do. The first reference was there, but not the 2nd. The 1963 vol 3 example was very similar but mine had fins on the wing tips vs a vertical fin on the body. Also, mine had no control surfaces on the main wings, just the canards.
