Default New (?) Estes archive!

Hello All,

This may be "old news" to many of you, but I recently found an archive of all-PDF scans of new as well as old Estes kit instructions here: http://estesplans.larocketryforum.com/ . While these are only scans of the instructions and not the fin patterns or decal sheets, they are PDFs and thus will print at 100% size. Since the instructions for some Estes kits (particularly older ones) may have included fin patterns, any such fin patterns among these sets of instructions could be printed on card stock and used to clone the kits.

I hope this information will be useful.

It's great, but they don't post them "all."

I never said that they did, but they do have scans of the instructions for many kits that I've never had or even seen.

I think he meant they are all in PDF format, rather than a mixture of formats as on other sites.

Yeah, the White Tiger was one that caught my eye in particular. I've never seen or heard of that one.

TA-DAHHHH!!!

We had a fairly lengthy conversation about fin shape and size here and determined that it was the Mean Machine finset. Gordy has the decals.

Yup, that's what I meant, so any fin patterns, tube marking guides, and shock cord anchor patterns in those PDF scans of the kit instructions will print at 100% size.

Yes! You guys are good. Both the White Tiger and Mean Machine both have finset 32239.
