New (old) kit
I've never seen this one before. I don't have it in my Estes Kit List either, so I'm going to add it.
[Addendum] I just looked in my copy of Flying Rocket Kits 1958-1988 by Richard M. Jungclas and see that it is in there. I don't know how I missed not putting it into my online list. Besides the TK-123 number it also goes by 0800. I'll bet this one goes for a pretty penny. http://tinyurl.com/5o2wo Do a View seller's other items while you're at it. This dude has a bunch of cool '69-'71 era kits for sale.

I believe this was only listed in a Model Rocket News. I dimly recall seeing it in one of those or in a flyer, but not in a regular catalog.

I think you are correct in that it was never in the catalog. I bought one of those assortments but, of course, they are long since lost. |
