Alpha III XL
2014 ends with my build of an Alpha III XL.
My LHS had the N/C, Fin can and motor mount for sale for $5.00. No BT or instructions but the decal and chute was there. A normal Alpha is about 5-6" long. Mine is 8½" long hence the XL. I painted my BT Glow Orange by Krylon. I did a reverse on the decals by using 1/8" trim tape. It works and I like it! So goodbye to 2014 and hello 2015. Happy New Year all. Pic's later. .

I forgot to post a pic. Yesterday I read someone complaining that there is not enough rocketry stuff and too much complaining. That's what I thought the FreeForall forum was for?
Here is my last work of 2014. Nothing built for 2015, yet.

Congrats !
You have cloned the Estes Citation Quasar in the wrong color with wrong decals.
