Default CMASS first launch of 2009

What a hoot! And what a BBbbrrrrrrrrr too...

Our first launch was cold (about 23 deg F) but nearly a dead calm. Standing (let alone WALKING) on a smooth ice covered field was an experience though. We had a better than expected (well, by me anyway) turnout. At one time I counted about 30 cars and would guess at about 50 people there. I don't know how many rockets we launched but I'd bet it was well over 100.

I didn't fly (been too busy to get anything together) but it was fun seeing everyone again

I posted a short photo album of the day. You can find it by clicking here.

Have fun!
